Role Overview:

As an SEN Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized teaching and support in core subjects to our students. This position offers a dynamic mix of on-site teaching, community engagement, and home tutoring, providing a well-rounded learning experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs.
* Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN in core subjects, including Mathematics, English, Science, and other key areas.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student growth and development.
* Collaborate with other staff members and external professionals to ensure holistic support for students.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

* Passion for working with students with SEN and a commitment to their academic and personal development.
* Previous experience in SEN education or tutoring is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of core subjects and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is preferred but not essential.
